The Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex opened its doors in September, 1993. The Complex is an integral part of community fitness and wellness, and an outstanding events venue. Our staff are ready to assist you with virtually any request about our rentals and recreation opportunities.

With the demolition of the Waterloo Memorial Arena in 2001, the “Memorial“ designation was added to the Waterloo Recreation Complex to commemorate our community's war dead. At that time, a memorial installation for “Sons of Waterloo“ was made in the lobby of The Complex.
